What is ITS Streaming Services?

This service enables anyone in the Penn State community - faculty and staff - to stream video. You can stream video for course content, research projects, class projects, etc. Just upload a video, and ITS Streaming Services does the rest; there's no need to know any complicated video streaming encoding.
